According to WHO guide to ship sanitation, training is of great importance to understand how systems work and how safety and quality of drinking water can be ensured.
DWIAS offers drinking water safety trainings on a regular basis. We pride ourselves to have developed a more practical approach to training your crew. This approach helps raising the awareness and practical thinking of involved crew. For example, we can host the training on board your own vessel to fit the training directly to the vessels’ system and layout.
Four times a year a session is organized in the Rotterdam or Amsterdam region in The Netherlands. But in-house training on site or on board anywhere in the world is also a possibility. Training on board gives the crew and ourselves the opportunity to aim the training specifically on the systems they are used to work with and will result in an even higher awareness and understanding of their work and the safety of the drinking water.
You can sign up by sending an email to info@DWIAS.nl.
(Quarterly trainings in The Netherlands will only take place if 5 or more participants registered)
